Max graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2022 after completing a degree in Veterinary Medicine and intercalating in Veterinary Conservation Medicine. He worked for 2 years in mixed practice, before focusing on small animal emergency and critical care, becoming a member of the team in December 2024. Max has a keen interest in pain management and keeping your pets as comfortable as possible on their worst days. He is currently undertaking an advanced veterinary practitioner certificate in emergency and critical care and helps as a consulting vet for a private wildlife reserve. In his spare time Max enjoys trail running with his two dogs Pumpkin and Tiga as well as cold water plunges in the Scottish lochs.
