Services
Such a caring service from the get-go. Glasgow
My wee dog wasn’t herself at all and it’s such a stress having to book an emergency appointment, but everyone I dealt with here, from the person on the phone, to the vet nurse on the front desk, to the vet themselves showed compassion, professionalism and understanding.
Very competitive fees, also, for a service of this kind.
Would definitely book here again (but hoping I won’t need to!).
Thanks so much!
Honestly amazing. Glasgow
Any emergency vet I have visited previously has felt very cold and almost like they want your money and you out the door as quickly as possible. I didn’t even know this vet was here, I have told everyone about it.
All the team were so warm and understanding in a really difficult time. I had to call a couple of times through the night, and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was so informative.
Can’t thank them enough.
Wallace’s Mum Glasgow
‘I just wanted to say thank you so much to Matt & Rhiann for treating and looking after Wallace so well, he’s improved each and every day since he was with you guys. I will forever be grateful to both of you for your professionalism and experience which helped my boy massively. I believe that you saved his life and your out of hours/emergency service far exceeds any other that I have used in the past‘.
